Carl Lafrenais

Carl Lafrenais is the lead singer and songwriter for the renowned original band CNRMAFIA and is currently performing as a solo artist across major venues in Dubai. Throughout his career, Carl has shared the stage with iconic bands such as Bastille, Bon Jovi, Sting, Liam Payne, and the Bellamy Brothers. His band, CNRMAFIA, was the first recipient of Time Out Dubai's Best Original Band award and also the first local act to perform at Expo 2020.

As a solo artist, Carl has been a resident entertainer at Ubk JLT for over three years and regularly performs at popular venues like McGettigan’s JLT, McGettigan's Madinat, Time Out Market, and Phileas Fogg’s. Known for his ability to connect with the audience, Carl's performances are guaranteed to get the crowd on their feet.
