How do I make a booking?

First step please find what you’re looking for and plan your event details, then select the entertainment you’re interested in on our website and get in touch with us to manage your event. A dedicated accounts manger will work with you from start to finish to complete your event.

What payment methods do you accept?

Once your account manager has sent you an official proposal and for your event quote we can proceed to payments methods.

There are a few ways to make payments:
Bank Transfer - we will give you our beneficiary details to transfer money online.

Alternatively you can come to our office located in central Dubai and pay your invoice in cash.

How do I amend a booking?

Simply speak to your dedicated account manager by email, WhatsApp or direct number and they will arrange any changes to your booking.

For any situations related to extension or time changes additional cost may be incurred.

Please keep all communication through your account manager and please avoid talking to the artist so there is no confusion between the booking.

What if I need to cancel or re-arrange?

Cancellations
In an unfortunate situation where you need to cancel a booking.  We will do our best to try and be diplomatic and sympathetic to the fact that the reason for cancellation might be out of your control, and we manage the rebooking based the the circumstances presented.

We will send a official contract with cancelation policies:
30 days before event - Free
15 days before the event - 50%
7 days before event - 100%
All terms are based on the circumstances circumstances presented.

Re-arranging a booking
Re-arranging an existing booking is possible, but your first we need to cancel your first booking, please not some cost could be added to the rebooking based on the circumstances.

Once we know you need to cancel or re-arrange a booking we will contact the artist to inform them, and we'll liaise with you to start the cancellation process, including calculating whether any cancellation fees are due, and if so how much.

Not all cancelations are chargeable but only based on the time frame and investments from all parties.

What if the artist cancels?

If any of the artists cancel the event, unless is effect by force major.
(This means that unless the artist dies, is seriously ill, or is delayed by an accident traveling to your event - then they can’t cancel your booking without being in breach of contract; for which you could sue them for damages).

The UAE Events will fully support a replacement at the same high quality or alternative entertainment based on your brief, so that the event will continue to take place.

What security do I get if I book one of your artists?

The booking of all live entertainment with the UAE Event Company provides a comprehensive booking contract which legally binds each artist to perform at your event with the highest quality of service.
The artists are required to abide by the expectations of the contract and cannot be cancelled apart from emergency illness circumstances.

The UAE Event Company provides a 24 hour contact service in emergency situations to provide alternative arrangements if the artist is unable to perform.

Our out of hours emergency hotline is permanently staffed and all questions or queries will be provided regarding your event.

Can I pick what songs the band will play?

All artists will have their set playlists where you have the option to share your choice of favorite  songs, however, their order of songs for their sets to flow smoothly would have to be arranged by them.

Your input will always be considered and the artists will finalize the actual playlist for the event.

Can I speak or meet the artists?

After all final bookings, any changes that need to be made with the artist should be arranged via your UAE event coordinator. You will be contacted in advance leading up to your event to discuss the final details and song preferences that would need to be altered before finalizing everything to make sure the artists are prepared in advance.

The UAE Event Company always works on the artist’s behalf to ensure everything is properly noted for your agreements/contract. Artists will not make site visits as they are not necessary.
 
If there is an extraordinary circumstance which demands a site visit, it can be arranged by your UAE Event Coordinator.

Can I see the artist live before booking?

Our bands and artists usually do not meet the clients before events.
Most artists prefer to be private and have other contracts or commitments therefore we cannot obtain access only in certain circumstances, but we cannot guarantee a private meeting.

We always provide, demos, playlists, biographies and references of all the professional artists to allow the clients to choose the right fit for their event.

The UAE Event Company coordinator will also provide their personal recommendations to find the right performance.

What are the risks of booking outside an agency?

When trying to book any bands or artists yourself, you have no real cover if anything goes wrong.
There is no loyalty to you as they are not under any contract, and it is not guaranteed that they will cancel the booking at the last minute.

Artists cannot do that when contracted via an agency.

When booking through The UAE Event Company you are covered by a contract through us and you will have the support of a professional, reputable organization to arrange any replacements in the event of an emergency.

There is no quality control, behavior, song choices, appearance, equipment quality are all totally ungoverned and unmonitored if you book on your own.

All artists have to first pass our company’s guidelines and expectations from PA systems, lightning, instruments dress code and performance to ensure a reliable service.

Any deposits for artists booking made on your own account can be lost, and there is no guarantee you will get your money back.
