Milva Cala

Milva is a classically trained pianist and multi-instrumentalist with expertise in both classical and popular music. She holds a Bachelor's in Orchestral Conducting from the Higher Institute of Arts in Havana (2012) and a degree in Music Education and Choral Conducting (2007).

With a diverse career spanning Europe, Latin America, and Asia, Milva has performed as a soloist and with various bands. She has also taught piano, flute, guitar, and singing across South Korea, China, Bahrain, and the UAE, where she has been based since 2021.

Since 2012, Milva has been an Assistant Professor at the Cuban University of Arts. In March 2024, she completed a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education International (PGCEi) from Westford University College and Liverpool John Moores University. She is also a member of the Emirati Musicians’ Association.
