Midian Almeida is a talented singer, guitarist, songwriter, and broadcaster with over 30 years of musical experience. She began her career in 1993, performing at music festivals and pubs, and has since built a diverse portfolio. Midian has spent 20 years recording commercial jingles for agencies across Brazil, while also working as a broadcaster in South Brazil.
Since relocating to the UAE in 2015, Midian has established herself as a prominent figure in the Middle East music scene. She has performed at renowned venues and hotels such as Atlantis, Kempinski, Burj Al Arab, Hilton JBR, Ramada Plaza, Conrad, Grand Hyatt Dubai, Westin, and Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. Her extensive performance history also includes the Rugby Club, Mercure Jebel Hafeet Hotel, Danat Resort, and Aloft Marriott in Al Ain, as well as prestigious events like the Al Ain Music Festival (2017 and 2019), Fête de la Musique 2019 in Abu Dhabi, and Arab Fashion Week 2019 in Dubai.
Midian's career highlights include performing at the iconic Expo 2020, with major concerts at the Al Wasl Stage, Dubai Millennium Amphitheater, and multiple international pavilions, including Brazil, Malaysia, Angola, and India. She was also a resident performer at Lana Lusa Portuguese Restaurant for four years.
