Babette van Vugt, professionally known as BABET, is a Dutch singer and songwriter born on June 13, 1994. She gained attention as a contestant on The Voice of Holland and has performed at major events like Tomorrowland and the Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi. Babette has also been a special guest for Robbie Williams and written songs for artists such as Demi Lovato, The Chainsmokers, and Pitbull.

In her home country, she achieved national success with the hit "1 Op Een Miljoen" alongside Belgian artist Metejoor. The track topped the charts in Belgium, reached the Top 40 in the Netherlands, and went platinum in Belgium.
