DJ Move, a Casablanca native, developed his passion for music by collecting and mixing funk, disco, house music, Khaleeji Arabic music, old school, and hip hop vinyl. What began as a hobby at friends' birthdays, school dances, and block parties soon evolved into a full-time profession. DJ Move has since played house and old school music at prestigious nightclubs in Morocco, the UAE, and Qatar.
In 2003, he moved to the UAE, where he became a resident and freelance DJ, playing at private functions, beach parties, and super clubs. Known for his extensive music knowledge and technical ability, DJ Move delivers original sets that are always fresh and engaging. He is one of the few DJs in the GCC who masters the art of turntablism, drawing inspiration from pioneers like DJ Kool Herc, Afrika Bambaataa, and Grandmaster Flash. With over 17 years of experience, DJ Move's passion for music is evident in his professionalism, his ability to read a crowd, and his skill in adapting the tempo to match the mood.
