Dj Raya

Born in Jordan, raised in Dubai, and educated in Toronto, Canada, Raya has always connected deeply with music as a source of well-being, driven by positive frequencies and common vibrations. After returning to Dubai in 2014, she made history as the GCC’s first Arab female DJ to play house music on the radio. Inspired by how music connects and shapes different energies, Raya has always found her rhythm through the sounds she creates.

From her early years playing the piano to her extensive collection of electronic music, Raya’s journey as an artist has been marked by an insatiable passion for music. As a DJ and producer, she infuses her dynamic mixes with powerful basslines and unique beats. Music is also a key part of her approach to health and wellness, and she has founded “Ether,” a platform for sound healing integrating music and art therapy. Additionally, she launched “Resonance,” a Dubai-based event series that brings international underground artists to local parties. Raya continues to share her innovative sound visions, aiming to spread the positive energy she feels through her music.
