Vicente Allende was born in Santiago, Chile and has been a musician since he was 16 years old. Furthermore, he's also a composer and author who counts with many songs of his own authorship. Some of these have been published in an album called "Nuestro Amanecer" (Our Dawn, available in digital media), and there's a second album on the way. Trained as a flamenco guitarist under the tuition of Jorge Gómez, a guitar maestro from his hometown, Vicente's music covers not only this Spanish complex art, but also romantic styles from Latin America (bolero, ballads and Bossa Nova) and Italian popular music too.
His interpretations have given to these music styles a very special touch, combining the smooth and deep singing of Latin music with all the passion of Flamenco.
He has performed at various concerts and events in his home city Santiago as well as in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Moscow, Muscat, Amsterdam, Paris, Madrid, Beirut, Doha, Kuwait and more. Active performer at the prestigious theatre The Music Hall (in Dubai as well as in Beirut).
Vicente is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, where he's spent most of his time since the year 2000.
In U.A.E. he has worked on regular basis at: Dubai Marine hotel, Intercontinental hotel Abu Dhabi, The Ritz Carlton Dubai, Mina A'salam (Madinat Jumeirah) and some of the most reputed five stars hotels of the region.
Vicente has also collaborated with other outstanding artists in the UAE, for example the pianist, composer and orchestra conductor Mr. Ovidio De Ferrari, where Vicente performed in two of his concerts held at The Madinat Theater back in 2010, in Dubai.
His collaborations span recordings for different artists albums; performances for TV channels (such as MBC and Al Sharqiya); music for commercial ads; poetry; voice over and more.
