Becky

Becky began her musical training on piano and violin at the age of 4 and later took up the viola. She studied Music at Cambridge University and completed her Master's in Performance on the Viola at the Royal College of Music, London, with Ian Jewel and Piano with Julian Jacobson. She played with Southbank Sinfonia for one year before continuing her viola studies at Zürcher Hochschule der Künste in Switzerland with Christoph Schiller, where she performed with a string quartet, giving regular recitals across Switzerland.

After completing her studies, she returned to London and worked full-time with the Philharmonia Orchestra, and periodically with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra. She has also played with the Royal Opera House Covent Garden and the Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields. Since 2012, Becky has lived and worked in the UAE, performing with Michel Bublé, Andrea Bocelli, the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra in Kuala Lumpur, Hacienda Classical, Il Divo, Katherine Jenkins, and the Jackson 5. She also performed for Dubai Opera in the orchestra for Phantom of the Opera. Becky has held violin residencies at Raffles, Kempinski MOE, Taj Exotica, Fairmont Dubai, Conrad Hotel, Meydan, Palazzo Versace, and Atlantis the Palm. She currently plays for Candlelight concerts by Fever and performs at prestigious venues and hotels across the UAE and GCC region.
