First, find what you’re looking for and plan your event details. Then, select the entertainment you’re interested in on our website and get in touch with us to manage your event. A dedicated accounts manager will work with you from start to finish to complete your event.

Once your account manager has sent you an official proposal and event quote, we can proceed with payment methods.
How do I amend a booking?
Simply speak to your dedicated account manager by email, WhatsApp, or direct number, and they will arrange any changes to your booking.
For any situations related to extensions or time changes, additional costs may be incurred.
Please keep all communication through your account manager and avoid talking to the artist to prevent any confusion regarding the booking.
In an unfortunate situation where you need to cancel a booking, we will do our best to be diplomatic and sympathetic, understanding that the reason for cancellation might be out of your control. We will manage the rebooking based on the circumstances presented.

Re-arranging an existing booking is possible, but first, we need to cancel your initial booking. Please note that some costs could be added to the rebooking based on the circumstances.
Once we know you need to cancel or re-arrange a booking, we will contact the artist to inform them. We will liaise with you to start the cancellation process, including calculating whether any cancellation fees are due, and if so, how much.
Not all cancellations are chargeable; this depends on the time frame and investments from all parties.
If any of the artists cancel the event, unless affected by force majeure (this means that unless the artist dies, is seriously ill, or is delayed by an accident while traveling to your event, they cannot cancel your booking without being in breach of contract, for which you could sue them for damages).
The UAE Events will fully support providing a replacement of the same high quality or alternative entertainment based on your brief, ensuring that the event will still take place.
We have a thorough understanding of any problems that might arise, and we will conduct a full investigation into the situation, providing a detailed report. The account manager from The UAE Events will handle the aftercare for each client.
Thankfully, we very rarely receive complaints, but when we do, we ensure that the problem is resolved.
Additionally, we can discuss the event in more detail at any time in our office located in central Dubai.
The booking of all live entertainment with The UAE Events provides a comprehensive booking contract which legally binds each artist to perform at your event with the highest quality of service. The artists are required to abide by the expectations of the contract and cannot cancel except in emergency illness circumstances.
The UAE Events provides a 24-hour contact service for emergency situations to arrange alternatives if the artist is unable to perform.
Our out-of-hours emergency hotline is permanently staffed, and all questions or queries regarding your event will be addressed.
All artists will have their set playlists, where you have the option to share your choice of favorite songs. However, the order of songs for their sets to flow smoothly will be arranged by the artists.
Your input will always be considered, and the artists will finalize the actual playlist for the event.
After all final bookings, any changes that need to be made with the artist should be arranged via your UAE Events Coordinator. You will be contacted in advance leading up to your event to discuss the final details and any song preferences that need to be altered before finalizing everything, ensuring the artists are prepared in advance.
The UAE Events always works on the artist’s behalf to ensure everything is properly noted for your agreements/contract. Artists will not make site visits as they are not necessary.
If there is an extraordinary circumstance that demands a site visit, it can be arranged by your UAE Events Coordinator.
Our bands and artists usually do not meet clients before events. Most artists prefer to maintain their privacy and have other contracts or commitments, so we can only arrange access in certain circumstances, but we cannot guarantee a private meeting.
We always provide demos, playlists, biographies, and references of all professional artists to help clients choose the right fit for their event.
The UAE Events Coordinator will also provide their personal recommendations to ensure the right performance is found.

When trying to book any bands or artists yourself, you have no real cover if anything goes wrong. There is no loyalty to you as they are not under any contract, and it is not guaranteed that they will not cancel the booking at the last minute.
Artists cannot do that when contracted via an agency.
When booking through The UAE Events, you are covered by a contract with us, and you will have the support of a professional, reputable organization to arrange any replacements in the event of an emergency.
When you book on your own, there is no quality control; behavior, song choices, appearance, and equipment quality are all ungoverned and unmonitored.
All artists must first pass our company’s guidelines and expectations, from PA systems, lighting, instruments, and dress code to performance, to ensure a reliable service.
Any deposits for artist bookings made on your own account can be lost, and there is no guarantee you will get your money back. Booking through our company provides security and customer satisfaction.
